Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from This is Rebellion. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging
• You must have proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)
We do not accept returns on:
• Sale items or clearance
• Custom or personalised items
• Gift cards or digital downloads
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@thisisrebellionhub.com with:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
We’ll get back to you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.
• We recommend using a tracked service — we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product (if in stock). Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@thisisrebellionhub.com with:
• A photo of the item and packaging
• Your order number
• Description of the issue
We’ll sort it quickly with a replacement or full refund.
